1. Agreement

By using the Exee AI website, the web version or the desktop app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. The desktop app

The desktop app is free and noncommercial. It is distributed under the license included with the download, which governs how you may use, copy and share it. Nothing is sold and there is no subscription.

AI features require you to sign in with your own ChatGPT account and use your own ChatGPT plan. Your use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's terms and policies.

3. The web version and Pro

The web version is free to start: each account includes 15 practice exam generations and 100 AI flashcards in total. This allowance is one-time and does not reset. Marking your answers and your Mistakes deck do not use it.

Procosts CA$12.99 (Canadian dollars) per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not refunded for partial months except where the law requires. Pro includes unlimited exams and flashcards, subject to a fair-use limit per day to prevent abuse. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

One account per person. Do not share your account or use automated tools to generate content.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Exee AI to cheat on graded assessments where your institution prohibits it.
• Only import material you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload this website.

You are responsible for following your school's academic integrity policies.

5. AI-generated output

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is for study and practice only, not professional or academic advice. Always check important information against your official course materials and instructors.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE WEBSITE, THE WEB VERSION AND THE DESKTOP APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXEE AI AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST DATA, OR ACADEMIC OUTCOMES ARISING FROM THEIR USE.
